The focus of this seminar is to reduce costs and cycle times, improve reliability and on time delivery, and increase profits. Requires attendance by your entire engineering staff, several manufacturing/assembly supervisors, purchasing group, other support areas, and managers/Vice Presidents in charge of these functional areas. When customers take this seminar seriously, price reductions of 20% are possible. This seminar takes a minimum of 1 ½ hours.
