All prices below are for new Internet customers only. If your company has done business with King Circuit before, we thank you for your business. You can not, however, use this offer.

Within 20 mil to 247 mil finished holes size, we allow any drill size - NO RESTRICTIONS. Plated and non-plated holes are allowed.

This offer can not be combined with any other offer, such as new customer specials. Prototype lot prices include NRE tooling and photoplotting.

Lot Prices

Flexible, Rigid-Flex and Exotic material protos are available for as low as a $750 lot charge.

Please see our regular prototype pricing matrix for pricing on printed circuit boards that do not meet the added restrictions listed below.

Restrictions for printed circuit board prototype specials:

1. Loose pcbs only, no scoring or arrays
2. PCB sizes of 30 square inches or less.
3. Maximum largest pcb dimension of 16 inches.
4. Outer layer pcb copper weight of one ounce.
5. Inner layer pcb copper weight of one ounce.
6. Green LPI soldermask.
7. White legend - two sides of pcb is ok.
8. Printed Cirucit Board thickness 0.062 inches or 1.6mm.
9. Six mil space and trace circuits or larger
10. Standard 130 degree Centigrade FR-4 laminate.
11. Leaded hot air level finish
12. No castellations or other half hole and half slot printed circuit boards.
13. Finished pcb hole sizes of 20 mils or larger
14. No blind via printed circuit boards
15. No buried via printed circuit boards
16. One printed circuit board part number per order
17. Payment terms are credit card, COD or prepayment only.
18. Standard Gerber files 274X (preferred) and 274D accepted.
19. King Circuit chooses core (dielectric) thickness on multilayer printed circuit boards
20. For Controlled impedance requirements, please use our regular prototype pricing matrix.
21. Three dimensional printed circuit boards are not covered by either the prototype specials or standard prototype pricing.
22. Other restrictions may apply. King Circuit reserves the right to refuse this printed circuit board prototype special for any reason.

Flying Probe Electrical Testing - $150 minimum order. If over 10,000 test points for the order, $0.01 per additional test point.

Conversion from AutoCAD is available at an extra cost.
Reverse engineering of printed circuit boards is available at an extra cost.
