King Circuit can reduce your lead free costs. Most of our customers use mid temperature FR-4 for lead free assembly with no trouble. This saves 20% or more compared to using high temperature FR-4 or exotic materials. Mid temperature materials also have better availability resulting in faster turnaround times.
Our lead free finishes include: white tin, organic surface preservative (OSP), immersion gold, wire-bondable gold, lead free solder and immersion silver.
